Carolina Silverbell

The beauty of the Carolina Silverbell is hard to explain in words, and even pictures. Lemon scented blooms appear in Spring dancing high above the patio. When they fall, it is like a late Spring snowstorm. I once saw that, if more people planted Silver bells, the native dogwood would fade out. I'm not sure that's quite true, but the sentiment is well placed.
