Seiryu

This beautiful upright green dissectum has soft fern like foliage and is a strong upright grower. Fall brings a beautiful red, orange, and yellow show. Seiryu received the Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit. Seiryu translates to the blue-green dragon.
