Acer palmatum
Seiun Kaku means the Blue Green Palace in the Clouds. It was introduced from Japan in 2008 from the Kansai district in 1974. It is a lovely slow growing green dwarf with a horizontal layering effect On Dwarf Drive, it has grown fairly vertical but is a very unique narrow tree.
