Aka Hosada Sport

I purchased this tree as a sport of Aka Hosada. Aka Hosada has true linearilobum leaves that are narrow and more ribbon shaped like Beni Otake, but this sport is more matsumurae in shape, but the lobes still are not as big and wide as a typical matsumurae. But then comes Fall, and the WOW. Like a warm smoldering fire with earthy tones warmed with red and gold. If you grew it for just this week or two, it deserves a space in the garden. Unique and special.
