Yellow Submarine

Being a sister seedling to Dragon Master ensured that Yellow Submarine would have a strongly weeping habit. The leaves in Spring emerge a caramel orange color that is very distinctive, aging to lovely gold. Fall is also good to orange. Maple collectors have an eye for the unusual. My tree came in weeping all the way over with a few branches flopped over. I took the opportunity to train mine into a stylized mohawk with multiple stakes. Folks comment on how unusual it looks. I also understand this can be a cool hanging basket or trailing plant.
